Coming in a 20lb or 40lb version, the Weighted Vest can be adjusted by 1lb weight increments which are easy to insert and remove. Made of heavy duty rip-stop nylon with reinforced commercial stitching on all seams and pockets keeps your vest in top condition during all rigorous workouts and is also completely washable!
