Description
This overspeed trainer works by placing two athletes attached together via a 20 foot Smart Cord™ with resistance to develop fast twitch muscle fibers. The trailing runner receives overspeed training from the lead runner which helps to develop speed and helps teach the body to lengthen the runners stride. Includes a 20 foot Smart Cord with one swivel belt and one harness. Smart Cord™ stretches three times its original length to provide 60 feet of movement.
