Description
Your athletes will get excited feeling themselves move faster than ever before! The Overspeed Trainer works by anchoring one end of the 30' Smart Cord™ to a secure object such as a goal post or tree or by having another athlete hold the anchor. To effectively use the resistance to train quicker muscle reactions as well as training the body to lengthen the stride while running, all the athlete has to do is walk away from the anchor point until the Smart Cord™ is stretched making sure to not reach maximum tension. At that point, the athlete begins running as fast as they can towards the area of resistance making sure they do not hit the object! There is a quick release mechanism provided so that if the athlete is moving too quickly they can simply dissengage the resistance. Great for increasing stride frequency and explosive acceleration drills. Includes a 30' Smart Cord™ that stretches to 90', swivel belt or runners harness.
