Backorder Policy

All orders will be shipped with current available inventory. All customers will be notified of any items that are out of stock by phone or by email. If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. All backordered items ship via the most cost effective shipping method.

Merchandise Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused item within 14 days(excluding CDs, DVDs, videos and printed materials such as manuals, charts etc.) for purchase price credit. Please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-214-4244 to obtain a return authorization number. Follow the return instructions located on the return authorization form. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to decline returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number, or are not accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.

90 Day Limited Warranty

All products carry a limited 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects from the invoice date. Should your product show signs of defective workmanship or materials prior to the expiration of the 90 day warranty period, call our customer service department at 1-888-214-4244 to receive a return authorization number. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product by Twist Conditioning Inc., and all transportation, shipping and return costs shall be at the customer’s expense. This warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by negligence of the user, failure to maintain the product as outlined in the manufacturer’s instructions furnished with the product, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations and ordinary wear and tear. NO other warranty, written or implied, exists unless noted in the catalogue.
