The Extreme Balance Board, long considered the best balance board in the world, has been re-designed to add new methods to challenge the human machine. Engineered contours adopted at each end of the board permit integration of 6 foot Smart Toners to overload upper body strength during balance exercises. Contours allow for easy Smart Toner® entry and allow all planes of motion and angles of movement while keeping the toner secure in the contoured recess. Integrates balance with whole body strength to recruit and activate all muscle groups including multiple prime movers and stabilizers all firing at fast twitch pace even during slow movement to maximize caloric output and strength gains.
