Description
The Enforcer™ was designed to load resistance on the core and glute muscles. Using two SMART™ Toners- heavy duty elastic tubing covered by a nylon safety sleeve- attached to individual foot cuffs. Each cuff has 3 possible attachment points to accomodate the best line of pull needed during supine, prone and standing exercises. Rather than endless high-rep ab exercises, it is crucial to train the core like all other muscle groups - by overloading the muscles with resistance to build strength and definition. Target the core, glutes and hamstrings with intensity!
